Exercise in exactly 4 minutes per day, scam

Don't purchase this thing. Don't even bother reading about it. I’ve already wasted too much time thinking about it. The ROM is a complete scam. John Pitre's claims about the results achieved by using the ROM are outright lies. Scammers such as John Pitre prey on the ignorant. If the ROM can get someone to go from not working out at all to working out four minutes a day then they will see improvement by using this machine.

I posted this ad because I wanted to point out how poorly written it is. "After seeing your results, your friends becoming interested." Grammar Nazis go ahead and tear this ad apart. If you brush your teeth for 30 minutes it is harmful to your gums and tooth enamel. If you exercise for 30 minutes it is generally good for you. The comparison made in this ad between brushing teeth and excising is fallacious. I don't know how this ad even got published in Delta Sky Magazine.

If you want a great machine for less money the get a Cybex Total Body Arc Trainer, a Concept2 rowing machine, or a nice bicycle.
